RETURNS & REFUND POLICY — Manaash Living

Australian Consumer Law Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL.

Damaged Goods If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and within 7 business days of delivery with photographic evidence. Please note that while we request early notification, your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this timeframe.

Faulty or Defective Products If a product is faulty or defective:

  • Major fault — you may choose a full refund, replacement, or exchange
  • Minor fault — we will arrange a repair, replacement, or exchange at our discretion

Unavailable Products If a product cannot be supplied after your order is placed, you will be offered a full refund or store credit.

Change of Mind As our products are carefully curated, large-format items, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. We encourage you to review all product dimensions, materials, and images carefully before placing your order. Our team is happy to assist with any questions prior to purchase.

Return Process Contact us before returning any item to obtain authorisation. Items must be kept available for inspection or collection. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Refund Method Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
