SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY — Manaash Living

Delivery costs and times vary by product and are calculated based on size, weight, and destination. Estimated delivery times and costs are displayed on each product page and confirmed at checkout before payment.

We deliver Australia-wide. Some products may only be available for delivery to metropolitan areas and this will be noted on the product listing. We do not offer international delivery at this time.

Delivery is to the ground floor front door only. For multi-storey buildings, our carriers will not travel past the ground floor. Requests for delivery beyond this point must be made prior to ordering, are subject to courier availability, and may incur additional charges.

We use a variety of carriers including Australia Post and third-party couriers. We cannot accept PO Box addresses for large items delivered via courier. If no one is available to sign for delivery, a card will be left and you will need to contact the carrier to arrange re-delivery.

Changes to delivery address or time after an order is placed may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to locations deemed high-risk or inaccessible by standard courier services.

Risk in the products passes to you upon commencement of delivery. Manaash Living does not accept liability for loss, theft, or damage after delivery.
